Who runs this
Founder · SEO Engineer
Architect of the Yakobson V. practice. In SEO and web engineering since 2021, registered sole proprietor since 2022 (legal details in the footer). Currently 6 active projects and 40,000+ pages under management. I personally run every project — from the first audit to the live dashboard. The site says “we” because I bring in proven subcontractors for specific tasks — but the results are on me personally.
Focus area — large-scale SEO for catalogues, service sites and local business: creating and optimising dozens to hundreds of pages through a proven process, working directly with your CMS, server log analysis, and independent quality control. Not "writing copy cheaper" — an engineering line where every brick is reproducible.
One SEO engineer carries a workload that would take an agency 3–5 people: the sample page and structure are set by an expert, while creating and publishing the pages run through a proven process. That's how we run several engagements in parallel across industrial, machinery and YMYL — clients are anonymised (NDA by default), happy to walk through them on request.
Available capacity — a handful of active engagements at any moment; if slots are full we add you to the waitlist with realistic dates. Holidays or sick days don't stop a project: monitoring, analytics and the cabinet run automatically, and critical issues are handled within the agreed SLA — it's in the contract. Stack we work on
Not listed publicly ≠ we don't work with it. Exotic CMS or specific stack — one short call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can handle it.
When we don't fit
If your case matches any of these, we'll pass. Not on principle — because the outcome is predictably bad. Better to save both sides a few months.
You need top rankings in a month
Technical fixes show up in Search Console within 2–4 weeks, commercial rankings 3–6 months, steady pipeline 6–12. If the budget is built around a 4-week timeline, SEO is the wrong channel — go to paid.
Your site is a one-off landing page
Large-scale page creation and live dashboards pay off on 100+ page catalogues with long-tail demand. On a single-page or 5-page landing, our methodology is overkill — a targeted audit + a separate copywriter is cheaper.
You only pay for “guaranteed top rankings”
No honest SEO engineer gives ranking guarantees — algorithms shift, results are personalised, competitors move too. We guarantee the process, KPIs and transparency. Not a SERP slot.
There's no internal project owner on your side
We need one person on the client side who can sign off on the sample page, answer product questions and approve the brief. If all decision-makers are “not until next quarter,” work stalls in review. Better to wait for the window.
Content is confidential without an NDA
We sign NDAs from day one — but won't work on “verbal trust” with sensitive niches (legal, fin services, medical) without a written confidentiality framework.
What you get
From audit to publishing and analytics. You don't need to assemble a team from three agencies and stitch them together.
We take as many engagements as we can run with full attention. You always have ours — never a "manager from the conveyor belt."
No "account manager → executor" chain. One person makes the decisions and ships the work — the person building this company.
Live dashboard with metrics 24/7 instead of a monthly PDF. Every change visible in real time.
A short site review is the fastest way to see if we're a good fit. Tell me about your project — I'll share what I see through the eyes of an SEO engineer.
