Are the prices final? +
These are floor rates. We give you the real number after the intro call — it depends on site size, CMS stack, scope and the agreed response time (SLA). If your budget is below the floor, we'll say so honestly instead of starting and slipping later.
What does “closing the technical debt” mean? +
Every P0 and P1 item from the audit: indexing, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical, hreflang, duplicates, structured data, speed, mobile, JS rendering, encodings. P2 items by agreement.
Can we start with a one-off? +
Yes, a one-off audit ($300–$600) is the typical first engagement. After that you can move forward independently with the recommendations, or we transition into Standard / Extended.
How do payments work? +
Bank transfer against an invoice from Yakobson V. (sole proprietor under Russian law), contract and acceptance act included. We work on Russian simplified tax (no VAT). Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
How many projects do you run at once? +
We take a limited number of projects with full personal accountability. On Standard / Extended — no more than 5 active. If all slots are taken, we put you on a waitlist with realistic dates.
You're one person — what if you're ill or away? +
Honestly: I do the core work myself, which is why the number of projects is capped. Rank monitoring, analytics and the client cabinet run automatically regardless of my schedule; processes and access are documented, and I have proven subcontractors for routine tasks. Critical issues get handled within the agreed response time (SLA) even when I'm away — it's in the contract.
Can we cancel if it doesn't work out? +
Yes. Billing is month-to-month, paid one month ahead, no annual lock-in. If it's not working — we finish the month, hand over all access, assets and recommendations, and part ways with no penalties.
How much does AI integration cost? +
By agreement — it's not a fixed-rate package. The price depends on the task, the scope and which systems we connect to. We start with a short review of your processes and give an estimate after that. Example use cases are in the “AI integration” block on the services page.
